R&B singer Faith Evans has filed for divorce from her husband of 13 years, record company executive Todd Russaw.
Evans, 37, cited irreconcilable differences in the legal documents filed in L.A. County Superior Court, according to TMZ.com.
Evans and Russaw, who is also her manager, married in 1997 and have two children. The couple separated in December 2005 although one of their children was born in 2007, according to the divorce petition.
The singer has two other children — daughter, Chyna from a previous relationship and son C.J., whose father is late rapper Notorious B.I.G. Evans was married to the rapper until his death in 1997.
Evans seeks joint legal and sole physical custody of the couple’s two children and visitation rights for Russaw, but rejects any claim of spousal support.
