H.E.R. Sings at NPR Music Tiny Desk Concert

The artist H.E.R., which stands for “Having Everything Revealed,”
built her reputation on a certain degree of anonymity.  Fans never get a clear look at her face and she always wears dark sunglasses.  But, her music is always clear and soulful.  She earned her five nominations for 2019’s Grammy Awards, including Album Of The Year and Best New Artist Of The Year.

Born Gabriella Wilson to a Filipino mother and Black father, she is known for her hits, “Focus,” “Best Part” (with Daniel Ceasar), and “Could’ve Been” (with Bryson Tiller).

Her soulful voice doesn’t disappoint when she stopped by NPR for their Tiny Desk Concert series.
